Most of your customers will be happy to leave 5 star reviews, but what about unhappy customers?
Let's pretend that we visted a local restaraunt and our food arrived late, and cold. Give them a 1 star review! Notice that you are not taken to Google or other major review site, instead your prompted to leave a comment. The owner of the restaraunt is immediately notified, allowing them to attempt and resolve any issues. End result - the customer was able to vent their opinion - but was not sent to Google to leave a negative review!
Refresh your screen and then click the 4 or 5 star review. Notice that only 4 and 5 star reviews are taken to Google or other major review sites.
